UCB Diabetes Study

Participate In Our Study

We are currently seeking both adults and teenagers who meet the following particpation requirements for our current studies. If you would like to take part in our diabetes study, please contact us.

What is required?

Adult Participants

• Between the ages of 21 and 65 years of age
• With or without diabetes
• (If Diabetic, Diabetic for 8 or more years)

Teenage Participants

• Between 13 and 18 years of age
• With or without diabetes
• Participant needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian

What does the study involve?

What do you get?

In return for your help, you will receive a general eye health screening. Vision test results and photographs of the eye can be sent to your physician. These results will allow your doctor to better monitor and treat your diabetes. Participants in our study are paid $25 and reserved parking is provided.

If you decide to participate in our study, we will invite you to visit our clinic. During this visit we will explain the procedures and answer any questions you might have.
